PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Police say one person is dead and two people are under arrest after an early morning shooting in Providence.
The shooting on Moore Street was reported at about 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The victim was found at the rear of a home on the street.
Police say one of the two people under arrest is the suspected shooter.
No names were released and the investigation remains active.
It was the city’s second homicide of 2016.
