Boston Police have confirmed that a 10-month old infant girl was pronounced dead after it was found unresponsive in a bathtub at an apartment on Logan Way.
Police say emergency medical personnel performed CPR on the baby before taking the child to Boston Medical Center.
Police say this is a tragic accident, and no charges will be filed.
