MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police in Manchester, N.H., say they've arrested two people in connection with the theft of 14 stolen vehicles, some of them burned, causing over $200,000 in losses.

They've charged 17-year-old Robert Conroy of Manchester with 10 counts of felony theft of motor vehicles and five counts of arson. They've also charged 28-year-old Howard Fohlin of Manchester with resisting arrest.

Police said a burned-out Manchester Water Works vehicle found in September eventually was connected to 13 other cases and led to the arrests.

The investigation is continuing.
