LOWELL, MASS. (WHDH) - Two people, including a pregnant woman, were injured after a car crashed into a utility pole in Lowell overnight on Monday.
The crash happened on Gorham Street at the end of the Lowell Connector at around midnight on Monday. Witnesses said the car appeared to be speeding when it crashed.
Police said the pregnant woman suffered serious injuries and her baby is in good health. The driver was treated for minor injuries.
Police are still investigating the crash and said the driver could face charges.
