Worcester police are investigating after two men were shot outside of a barbershop Friday afternoon.
Police arrived to a crowd gathered outside on Hamilton Street.
No one would talk to police.
One victim has undergone emergency surgery from his wounds, and he remains in critical condition.
Another man was shot in the leg. He is expected to be OK.
