Andover police are investigating an incident where two National Grid workers were shocked while working.
According to police, officers received a report that the two workers, who are both in their 40s, were shocked while conducting a planned electrical upgrade at the Raytheon Company on Lowell Street around 5:45 p.m.
The two men were working on an electrical box when they were shocked. Both men sustained electrical burns.
One man was taken by Boston MedFlight to Massachusetts General Hospital. The other was taken to a local hospital.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is responding to the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
