A couple was killed in a shooting in Worcester on Thursday night.
Police said the shooting happened on the second floor of a home on Forbes Street at around 7:41 p.m.
One victim, 26-year-old Jessica McKeon, was found dead inside the home, according to police. Her boyfriend, 28-year-old Alex Lora, was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Police say the murder was not random and that the victims were targeted.
Between them, the couple had two children.
The homeowner, Silvio Hernandez, told 7News his son told him that he heard six gunshots coming from the second floor of his house.
Police were examining a black SUV at the scene on Thursday night and were back at the scene on Friday.
Police are investigating the shooting and say they have "limited" information on a suspect.
A small vigil was held for the victims outside the home on Friday night.
