EAST BOSTON (WHDH) — Police said a second arrest was made in connection with the death of an 18-year-old woman in East Boston.
Angel Ramos, 21, was arraigned Friday on one count of murder. Blanca Lainez’s body was found inside a house under construction on Princeton Street back in June.
Last week, police released surveillance images of another woman in connection with the case. The woman was found and questioned, then released by police.
Another suspect, 16-year-old Jose Hernandez, was arrested back in July. He is being tried as an adult.
Police said both suspects’ fingerprints were at the scene where Lainez’s body was found and both suspects were seen in surveillance video in the area.
Both suspects are being held without bail.
