BOSTON (WHDH) - Officials battled a fire as it ripped through a large multi-family home in Hyde Park on Thursday.
The blaze broke out in the River Street home around 3:30 p.m.
Firefighters from around the city responded to the fire.
The house has three units, and according to Boston Fire, eight people have been displaced by the fire.
Three firefighters were taken to the hospital.
Deputy Chief Bernard Tulley said the injuries were not serious.
Fire crews are still on the scene.
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire or if there were any injuries.
