Three people will be indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with stealing weapons from a Worcester army reserve center.
The theft happened back in November.
Police arrested 34-year-old James Morales, a former army reservist, for stealing the weapons and other charges.
Two other people were charged with possessing stolen weapons and lying to police.
