A 3 year-old boy is doing his part to help his community’s homeless people.
When Patrick overheard his mom talking to someone about the homeless population, he got upset.
Patrick said he doesn’t want anyone to have to sleep on cardboard, and learned how he could help out.
With help from his mom, Patrick decided to make signs and set up boxes around town, asking people to donate to their cause.
Under his Christmas tree Patrick has socks, coats, blankets and hats, all gifts for the homeless.
Patrick has even used his own money towards the cause.
His mom says we can all learn a lot from her son’s passion project.
