EASTHAM, MASS. (WHDH) - Four people were taken to the hospital after a two-car crash at Arnold’s Mini Golf in Eastham.

The crash happened on Route 6 in Eastham. An SUV and another car crashed and the SUV skidded sideways off the road and into the golf course sign. The SUV came to a stop just a few feet from the actual course.

According to the Eastham Fire Department, four patients were transported to Cape Cod Hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries. No one on the golf course was injured and the neighboring Arnold’s Lobster and Clam Bar was just about to open for lunch.

Police said neither driver was impaired by drugs or alcohol. Employees at Arnold’s said car crashes are common on the road because many people drive fast and do not pay attention.
