Elko, Nevada (NBC) — Four people were killed when a plane crashed Friday evening in Nevada.

The Piper PA-1 was carrying a heart patient and three crew members to the University of Utah.

There is cell phone video from after the crash.

According to reports the plane crashed into a parking lot at the Barrick Gold Corporation in Elko.

The impact caused multiple explosions.
