HYANNIS, MASS. (WHDH) - Four people are expected to be OK after a small plane crashed at the Barnstable Municipal Airport in Hyannis Sunday afternoon.

The Federal Aviation Administration said the Cirrus SR 22 single-engine aircraft veered off the runway while landing at the airport at around 1:15 p.m. and crashed in a rental car parking lot. A female pilot, identified as Dr. Basia McAnaw, and three female passengers were inside the plane at the time of the crash. The three passengers included a 10-year-old, a teenager and an adult.
