The circus performers who were injured in an accident in Providence have filed a lawsuit.
The eight performers are taking action two years after the accident.
The acrobats were hanging by their hair for a stunt during a Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey show in May of 2014.
A clip broke, causing the performers to fall 20 feet.
They suffered serious injuries and are now suing five companies.
