Eight people were injured Monday after the hayride they were on crashed in upstate New York.
Four of the people on the hayride were hospitalized, two of them with critical injuries. Police said the load on the hayride was too heavy and it caused the tractor to lose its brakes when it went down a steep hill.
The tractor’s trailer jack-knifed and ended up in a ditch.
