BROCKTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A 9-year-old girl saved her young neighbor from getting hit by a car over the weekend in Brockton.
Ariana Davidson was playing in the front yard of her house on Sunday when her neighbor saw a car speeding down their street and headed for a 3-year-old boy. Ariana immediately grabbed the boy and pulled him to safety on the sidewalk.
Ariana said if she had not been there, he would have been hit by the car. Her neighbors are now calling her a hero and Ariana said drivers should be more careful when on the road.
“Don’t go fast, be careful around children,” said Ariana.
