Boston Inspectional Services has cited an Allston landlord just days after a fire tore through his building.

The Myrick Street building caught fire early Wednesday morning.

The house only had two units, but at least 11 people were renting rooms there.

The landlord has now been told he has 30 days to fix the situation and apply for the proper permits.

If he does not, he could face criminal charges or fines.
