ANDOVER, MASS. (WHDH) - Andover Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man who exposed himself near a school on Monday.
According to police, officers received a report just before noon that a man was parked in the Main Street parking lot next to St. Augustine Elementary School. Police said students at the school were at recess at the time and some saw the man standing outside his car and pull down his shorts, exposing himself.
According to witnesses, the man then pretended to get on his cellphone and turned away from students before putting his phone away and exposing himself again.
The suspect was described as a white man around 20 years old with a slender build. Police said he was driving a silver or black Honda or Volkswagen.
