(NBC) — The annual list of the top stolen vehicles in the US has been released by the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
Nationwide, imports and pickup trucks still dominate. In 2015, the 1996 Honda Accord was the most stolen car, with 52,244 of them stolen.
The 1998 Honda Civic was the second-most stolen, followed by the 2006 full-size Ford pickup, the 2004 full-size Chevrolet pickup, and the 2014 Toyota Camry.
The 2015 Nissan Altima was found to be the most stolen new car on the market, as car thieves nabbed more than 1,000 of them.
