PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Providence has temporarily closed another bar after a triple shooting over the weekend.

Police Maj. David Lapatin says the city’s Board of Licenses suspended the liquor license of El Tiburon Sports Bar Saturday evening following an emergency meeting. He says the board is expected to hold a full hearing on the suspension at a meeting Monday afternoon.

One man and two women suffered injuries not considered life-threatening in Saturday’s early morning shooting. All three victims were shot in the leg. No arrests had been made.

The bar closing comes a week after the Van Gogh Lounge was closed following a weekend double shooting.

El Tiburon was temporarily closed in 2007 after a member of the Latin Kings street gang was fatally shot in front of the bar.
