BOSTON (WHDH) - A New Hampshire was ruled unconstitutional by a Federal appeals court in Boston.
The law prohibits people from posting photos of their completed ballot.
The law was struck down a year ago, but the state appealed.
The law was put into effect to prevent voter coercion.
Despite that fact, the appeals court said that doesn’t justify putting a restriction on free speech.
