Your smartphone could one day be blocked from taking photos and videos at concerts.
Apple has been granted a patent for technology that would stop smartphone cameras from being used at concerts.
The patent describes a smartphone camera that would receive coded infrared signals beamed in public places that can alter what you see on your camera.
Simply put it would temporarily disable your smartphone and prevent you from recording the concert.
The technology could also be used to prevent video recording in movie theaters.
