LINCOLN, MASS. (WHDH) - A woman was arrested after she led police on a chase early Saturday morning, according to the Lincoln Police Department.
Police said a Lincoln police officer attempted to stop the woman on Route 2 for traffic violations. The woman failed to stop, and a pursuit ensued.
The chase continued into Waltham, Lexington, and Bedford.
With the assistance of Massachusetts state police, Lexington police, and Bedford police, the woman was stopped with a tire deflation device.
Renee Thistle, 34, of Ashland was taken into custody and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, operating after revocation of license, resisting arrest, driving to endanger, and other traffic violations.
Thistle was held on bail and will be arraigned in Concord District Court Monday morning.
