BROCKTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A prominent Cohasset attorney was charged in the death of a man at the Brockton courthouse in June.
A criminal complaint said Valerie Semensi was negligent when she hit and killed 66-year-old John Buckley, of Bridgewater, with her car.
The deadly crash happened on June 1. Police said Semensi appears to have backed her SUV up over a curb, over grass, through a curbed driveway, up a grassy hill, through bushes and then over a sidewalk, where she hit Buckley.
