BOSTON (WHDH) - Environmental police responded to the North Washington Street Bridge late Wednesday night after a small barge became stuck underneath it.
An environmental police boat could be seen in the water as officials worked to determine what caused the barge to become stuck under the bridge, which connects the North End and Charlestown.
