Police have arrested four people in Bedford in connection with a home invasion on Friday.
Around 11:47 a.m. on Friday, police responded to Fletcher Road for a reported residential breaking and entering in progress.
A witness reported seeing an unfamiliar vehicle parked in the driveway and several men attempting to enter the house by prying on a window near the front door.
One suspect was stopped in a vehicle by officers on Fletcher Road and the other three were found inside the home.
Yi Wei Lin, 34 of an unknown address; Chen Ni, 43 of Boston; Ming Hua Wu, 50 of Quincy; Xue Tan Zheng, 21 of Boston, were all charged with breaking and entering during the daytime for felony, possession of burglarious tools and malicious destruction of property over $250.
Officers also located a notebook inside a black 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the area that contained many addresses throughout New England believed to be related to other break ins.
Police do not believe this was a random crime and are actively involving businesses and homeowner in their investigation.
All four suspects will be arraigned at Concord District Court on Monday.
