Can’t decide if you want ice cream or beer tonight? You might not have to choose.
Vermont ice cream maker Ben & Jerrys has teamed with Colorado brewery New Belgium Brewing to create a hybrid ice cream flavor – "Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale." In addition, New Belgium is releasing an ice-cream themed beer – Salted Caramel Brownie – that will hit shelves in November.
The Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale ice cream is a brown ale ice cream with caramel swirls and brownie bits.
Proceeds from the sales of these items will go to a non-profit group, Protect Our Winters, which raises awareness to the winter sports community about fighting climate change.
