Aides to Vice President, Joe Biden, expect him to decide in the next few days whether or not he will run for President.
Over the weekend, Biden called the head of the major firefighter’s union.
Sources tell NBC News that based on that conversation, it sounds like the Vice President is strongly considering a run.
