The mother who had been living inside the house of squalor in Blackstone is due back in court today.
This comes one week after a judge refused to dismiss murder charges against her.
Erika Murray is charged in the deaths of two infants.
Their bodies were discovered inside the home in 2014.
Officers say the body of a third child was also discovered in the house.
