The Pats may have karma on their side thanks to Gronk’s gift to a local single mom.
The Patriots tight end teamed up with a local furniture business and he made a special delivery to a mom who deserved it.
It was part of Eastern Bank’s Good Deed campaign where they helped to deliver a much needed new couch to a local single mom.
Lily Mosquea, the manager of the Lawrence furniture store, played a big part.
The video was shot on Jan. 6, right in the middle of playoff preparations, But, to the relief of all fans who want a healthy Gronkowski, he didn’t really move any furniture.
“His reaction was ‘I don’t mind if I have to carry anything but it’s better if I don’t,’” Mosquea said.
Gronk did help a little girl with some homework and the family break-in the new couch.
