Two beer brewing companies have made an interesting bet on the outcome of Sunday’s Patriots game – beards.
Sam Adams Brewer workers in Boston say they will shave their beards off if the Denver Broncos beat the Patriots on Sunday in the AFC championship game. If the Patriots win, the workers at Denver Beer Company in Denver say they will shave their beards.
Denver Beer workers, in a recent tweet, challenged Sam Adams to the bet.

Both breweries said they are confident their teams would win.
"We are all very attached to our beards here," said Sam Adams brewery owner Sardou Nerette. "I 100-percent believe they are going to win."
Denver Beer company employee Nick Bruno said he was confident Denver would win.
Sam Adams founder Jim Koch said his company would never pass on a chance to support the Patriots.
"We gotta support our hometown team," Koch said. "We had to put our beards on the line."
