School is back in session Tuesday after the snow gave students in Boston a 4-day weekend.

Boston canceled classes on Friday and Monday due to a series of winter storms.

Clean-up is now underway in Boston and buses are hitting the roads, which are mostly clear.

As for Boston residents trying to save their parking spots, space savers will not be allowed in the city of Boston.

Mayor Marty Walsh says no snow emergency, means no space savers necessary.

“We are not having space savers in the city of Boston, there’s not enough snow out there for space savers. If you put a space saver out there, public workers will come and take it,” said Mayor Walsh.

If you do happen to put out a space saver, you can expect it to get thrown away.
