CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — More than 50 businesses and dozens of volunteers have donated materials and time to renovate a New Hampshire home for a man who lost his legs in the Boston Marathon bombings.

Jeff Bauman visited his father's renovated home in Concord on Sunday.

The Concord Monitor reports the renovations included a new deck and wheelchair ramp, and an extended kitchen.

Bauman shook people's hands and thanked them for their support.

Bauman grew up in Massachusetts with his mother but often visited his father, stepmother and two half brothers in Concord. Since the bombings, his visits have been limited because it wasn't easy for him to get around their home in a wheelchair.
