Boston Police seized a significant amount of illegal narcotics in South Boston on Monday.
Officers executed several warrants on Monday, enabling officers to see and seize significant amounts of various illegal drugs, including heroin and crack cocaine.
A warrant was executed on Old Colony Avenue, where officers seized 600 bags of heroin and over $1,000.
Police arrested Tahkeese Brown, 44 of Boston, and charged him with trafficking of a class A drug.
A search warrant was also executed at a different address on Old Colony Avenue, where officers confiscated 14 plastic bags of crack cocaine, seven plastic bags of marijuana, and over 300 rounds of ammunition.
Khalea Morrison, 24 of Boston, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a class B drug, and unlawful possession of ammunition.
A third warrant was executed on O’Callaghan Way, where officers seized 25 plastic bags of crack cocaine and 17 bags of heroin.
Officers arrested Latoya Bradley, 31 of Boston, and charged her with possession with intent to distribute class A and class B drugs.
