Two burglars took Los Angeles police on a high-speed chase Thursday.
Officers said the two suspects drove a convertible from a residential burglary in the Cerritos area and proceeded to lead police on a chase that went through downtown L.A.
The car bumped into multiple vehicles along the highway, and rainy weather forced police to abandon the chase several times.
The suspects’ car then spun around and did donuts on the highway.
The stolen car was also nearly blocked in by a TMZ tour bus, but it eventually escaped around the bus.
The high-speed chase ended in Hollywood, where the suspects parked the car in front of a big group of people and appeared to high-five apparent friends.
Police eventually caught up to the suspects and took them into custody without incident.
