CAMBRIDGE, MASS. (WHDH) - The Cambridge Police Officer who was arrested for allegedly attacking a restaurant employee will be back in court.
Jonathan Vicente was arrested last month.
He is accused of hitting an employee at Volare restaurant while off-duty.
According to investigators, the worker confronted a group of men for allegedly urinating in the alley behind the building.
