A man was charged with OUI Saturday night after police said he crashed his car into a river in Swansea.
Police said the man drove off the road on Bayside Avenue and his car landed in the Taunton River. When police arrived on the scene, they said the driver was standing nearby as he watched his car sink.
The man was arrested at the scene and charged with OUI.
