A judge dismissed the case against one of six Logan Airport protesters who were arrested Monday during a peaceful demonstration.

Demonstrations were held in about 10 cities around the country on Martin Luther King Day to call for what they said are "fair wages." At Logan, more than 100 people marched on Monday and six were arrested.

Mary Lombos had her case dismissed Tuesday. The other five people who were arrested will be in court later this week.
