“You’re fired!” will once again be a weekly phrase.
The famous and infamous are once again coming together for the newest round of “Celebrity Apprentice”.
Celebrities are used to attention but getting it from Donald Trump is a bit unique.
“I always look for someone who’s smart and highly, highly competitive,” Trump said.
Once again, trump is starting out with teams of eight men and eight women. They’re all engaged in business challenges to raise money for charity.
“I like to approach this the same way I approach life. It’s smart, it’s competitive,” Trump said. “You have a lot of good people and you have a lot of horrible people out there and you have to be careful.”
Which is Trump-speak for, not everyone’s going to get along on these teams.
“Celebrities have brands. A brand is a very important thing to them. They have to protect the brand. That’s why they work so hard and they work so long,” he said
Each week, the losing team will see Trump fire one member until there’s one celebrity left standing.
This 7th round of “Celebrity Apprentice” begins Sunday night at 9 p.m. before moving to its regular slot Monday nights at 8 the next night.
Along with Geraldo Rivera, Kevin Jonas and Gilbert Gottfried, other celebrities taking part include Kate Gosselin, Olympian Shawn Johnson and actress Vivica A. Fox.
