CHICAGO (WHDH) - City officials in Chicago said a stolen “Trump Plaza” street sign will not be replaced.

The street sign was stolen earlier in October. So far, it has not been turned in.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel had proposed removing the sign before it was stolen. He said he understands why someone would want to take the sign down.
