The city of Taunton is investigating the response time of emergency personnel after a stabbing spree that killed two people.
Police say when the suspect went on a killing spree in May, he started with stabbing two people in their home before going to the mall.
Reports say there was a 20-minute delay before first responders found those first two stab victims.
The police department says because of the influx of calls coming in, there was confusion which led to the delay.
