Two sisters at Dana Hall School in Wellesley have put their heads together to support a good cause.

Sophia, 14, and Elizabeth Glazer, 11, heard about the recent cases of domestic violence in the NFL and started an organization called Youth Football Cares.

The girls’ mission is to raise awareness about domestic violence with athletes and to inspire youth football players to do better.

The Glazer sisters have also held bake sales to raise money for a local women’s shelter.

Elizabeth and Sophia said the issue of domestic violence needs to be addressed at an early age.

The girls plan to raise money and awareness during next year’s football season.
