Twp Republicans on Capitol Hill are requesting a copy of the Justice Department’s immunity agreement with one of Hillary Clinton’s former staffers.
This comes after one of Hillary Clinton’s former staffers who helped set up her private email server has accepted an immunity offer from the Justice Department.
Bryan Pagliano has agreed to be interviewed by the FBI.
Last fall, Pagliano declined to testify in front of Congress.
Congress is also investigating the email account, and they want information from Pagliano as well.
The Justice Department is trying to decide if Clinton should face criminal charges.
