BROCKTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A Cohasset lawyer was arraigned Thursday in connection with the death of a pedestrian in Brockton earlier this year.
The lawyer was charged with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation after she allegedly hit and killed a 66-year-old man with her car back in June.
Police said she backed into the man while he was walking on the sidewalk. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
