More cold air…it’s the theme as of late (actually going back the past 12 months!) and will be for a few more days then we warm by early next week. Getting ahead of myself though as arctic air is still the rule for the day and to add insult to injury we have wind. I’ve stated it before but will share again but wind is the real enemy this time of year….similar to summertime humidity. West winds today will gust between 20-25mph and that will create wind chills in the 20s but at least that sun will shine for moral support!
The weekend we see a cold start on Saturday with temps crawling close to 40 by afternoon but on Sunday those temps breeze past 40 by mid morning and finish near 50 by afternoon! great day to be outside whether it’s the Pats game, yard work of putting up Christmas Lights. A southerly flow helps us warm but eventually pulls some clouds & rain up into New England by Monday. Plan on rain showers by the Monday morning commute but a warm rain with temps near 50 to start and reaching 60 by Monday afternoon! Colder weather looks to return by Thanksgiving.
