Crews cleaned up the latest flurries at Foxborough on Friday without complaint, as the task wasn’t as bad as it has been in other years for January playoff games.

The light snow this week did touch off a Twitter war over who deserved blizzard bragging rights.

“Nobody’s tougher than us. We’re first place. Go Patriots,” said one fan.

It started when the Patriots tweeted out a video of a “cold and snowy day” at practice Tuesday.

The Ravens answered with their own post showing a snow-covered practice field and boasting “our snow beats your snow.”

“No, I think they’re colder,” said one fan, when asked whether she thought the Ravens were tougher. “We’re warm, how about that – take that,” she said.

With a history of coming up big when the flakes fly, Pats fans weren’t about to let Baltimore slide.

“They’re playing here, they’re not playing in Baltimore,” said a Pats fan.

“The practiced inside yesterday also, the Pats practiced outside in negative 6, so I think Pats will be more inclined for the cold weather,” said a fan at Patriots Place.

The expected temperature at kickoff was expected to be around 20 degrees.
