Community members joined together on Monday to remember MIT Police Officer Sean Collier, on the third anniversary of his death.

Collier was shot and killed in his patrol car three days after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.

He was 27 years old.

Collier also served in the Auxiliary Police Department for his hometown of Somerville.

Now, a monument stands in his honor of the MIT campus.
