A Connecticut grandma won the lottery and she’s already planning on how she’ll spend the jackpot.
The 95-year-old said she can’t wait to buy a cell phone with her $30,000 winnings.
She won the money playing a scratch-card game last week.
The grandma of 12 plans to share the winnings with her family.
