Crews responded to a report of a fire at a building on Granite Street in Manchester Sunday.
According to the Manchester Fire Department, a tenant notified officials that the fire was on the first floor of the building.
Crews were able to contain the fire to the apartment and successfully extinguish it.
Damage is estimated at $20,000.
One resident was displaced, and no injuries were reported.
The fire remains under investigation.
